About Johan Gous

Johan has been operating as a principal broker in the property industry since 2007, when he started the AIDA office in Robertson. During the past years Johan has expanded the AIDA footprint to several towns in the Langeberg-, Overberg- and Hessequea municipal areas. While Johan came from a banking background with more than 20 years experience in the banking industry, he has been operating as a bond originator since 2005, and as part of the property business assisting their clients to get the best home loan approvals through the major banks in South Africa. During his time in the banking industry, Johan obtained a NDip in Property Valuation which enable him to do Professional Valuations, and provide expert advise in all different types of properties, including Commercial, Agricultural , Industrial and Residential properties. Buying or selling a property is a big decision, and therefore Johan strives alongside an extremely dedicated team of agents, admin staff and branch managers, to make each and every property transaction a pleasant experience.
