The new Aida office in the small Free State town of Bethlehem has outperformed other new offices in far larger towns to take honours as the estate agency group’s top rookie office nationally.
The office was named at the group’s recent awards ceremony as the top new office in both the most units sold and the most commission earned categories for offices that have been in operation for less than a year.
Bethlehem’s star agent at the awards was Lefu Mofokeng – fittingly also a rookie agent. Mofokeng was named as the group’s top-selling rookie agent in coastal and rural areas for units sold and was among the top four for commission earned by a rookie in a coastal or rural area.
On top of that, Mofokeng scooped second spot in the category top rookie agent overall for the number of units sold during the past year.
The awards were presented by Aida National Franchises’ CEO, Young Carr, who said Aida agents performed exceptionally well during a most difficult period in the real estate industry.
