The Village Layout
Four villages will be developed on separate locations on the estate and with a total of 239 stands only occupying less than 2% of the total land area. Stand sizes will range from between 1700 m2 and 3600 m2 each with a beautiful and unique view overlooking savannah grasslands, waterholes and breathtaking mountains as well as ravine vistas where the African wildlife flourish. All stands will be fully serviced with tarred or paved roads with size and placement of the stands allowing extreme privacy. Herondale will offer free standing homes for those who love the outdoors all with indigenous fauna, flora and walking trails just waiting to be explored. The opportunity to relax on their own exclusive property with family and personal or business guests also has immense financial value. Special care was taken during the layout of the stands to ensure maximum privacy for each property owner. The large size of the stands ensure a substantial distance between any two houses, limiting the visibility of other buildings and ensuring that game can roam freely between houses to be viewed at leisure from your patio or pool deck. The professional team of consultants has spared no effort in ensuring that man and nature will share this beautiful terrain under the African skies.
